Jolee Martin has more than 30 years of progressive experience in operations. This experience ranges from Director of Operations for a global distribution company responsible for $6 to $9 million of weekly throughput to business consulting for a global firm where Jolee’s expertise focused on efficient process improvement, driving bottom line performance and change management.

 

A Few Industry Milestones

- Nuclear, through refuel process under vessel activities fell behind. By reallocating resources from dry well activities for one shift of focused, strategic oversight of work execution; on time delivery of scheduled activities was saved.

- Aerospace, through executive coaching, client’s efficient use of labor hours saved over 4,000 man-hours annually, in excess of $400,000 and made room for 2 more missions.

- Distribution, attained production goals with 30% less labor, optimized use of existing warehouse management system delivering a 37% productivity increase; facilitated team accountability resulting in an 86% improvement in attendance, while productivity per labor hour increased by 37%.

- Executive Leadership, coaching to set clear expectations and team buy-in created an environment that used 32.2% less hours while productivity increased. Jolee believes in a robust management operating system where metrics are measured and used to drive results. Jolee received her undergrad from Maryville University and her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. She divides her time between Florida and Puerto Rico.
